User Adoption & Innovation Services (UAIS Services):

During the User Adoption phase, you will be assigned a Senior Solution Advisor. The Solution Advisor is your central contact person and performs the following tasks, among others:

• Proactive and ongoing support of your SAP SuccessFactors system
• Introduction to the latest release functions
• Regular coordination and status calls with focus on news, trends and customer-specific requirements
• Support via ticket system for configuration enhancements and customization requests
• Advice on decisions regarding your SAP SuccessFactors system architecture
• Support for decisions regarding cross-module topics & further developments
